About LMC
Ophthalmology revenue cycle management, and nothing else.
LMC Practice Management has served independent ophthalmology practices and ASCs nationwide since 2015. We chose one specialty on purpose: depth is what protects revenue.
Leadership
Lindsay Cavalier, BAS
FOUNDER AND CHIEF REVENUE CYCLE OFFICER
Lindsay brings approximately 25 years of experience in healthcare and medical billing. She founded LMC Practice Management in 2015 to serve independent ophthalmology practices nationwide, and she leads a fully remote, U.S.-based team providing full-service revenue cycle management.
Her work spans billing operations, denial prevention and appeals, accounts receivable management, eligibility and authorization workflows, staff training, and coordination across practice management systems and clearinghouses. She combines direct involvement in daily operations with responsibility for team performance and client relationships.
Lindsay develops supervised automation for defined operational tasks, with human review checkpoints, clear staff responsibilities, and separate approval decisions. Her educational approach gives practice and billing company leaders practical tools for mapping workflows, assigning ownership, managing exceptions, and measuring results within their existing systems.
She is also the creator of The PAVE Framework™ (Practice Autonomy & Value Enhancement), which helps independent practices protect autonomy, align operations, visualize performance, and enhance value.
- Formal ModMed Billing Certification
- Bachelor of Applied Science in Supervision and Management, Organizational Administration Concentration
- Member, American Society of Ophthalmic Administrators (ASOA)
How we work
Full-service should mean full responsibility.
Ophthalmology Only
Deep knowledge of medical, surgical, injectable, optical, vision, and patient financial workflows.
Human Accountability
Experienced U.S.-based professionals who know your practice and the history behind each balance.
Operational Thinking
We review the workflow behind the denial, not only the denial itself.
Ongoing Training
Staff training included in every contract, so improvements hold as your team changes.
Human-led technology
Technology should strengthen expertise, not replace it.
LMC combines experienced ophthalmology revenue cycle professionals with structured workflows, performance intelligence, and carefully governed AI assistance.
Technology helps organize information, identify patterns, and improve consistency. People remain responsible for interpretation, judgment, communication, and action.
